The EMSC NRC works with the federal EMSC Program to host a variety of events, including: the EMSC Program Meeting, Grantee Town Hall Calls, FAN Learning Sessions, Communities of Practice, and webinars. In additional, on the third Wednesday of May, the EMSC Program celebrates National EMS for Children Day.

Each year, the EMSC NRC works with the federal EMSC Program to coordinate a number of webinars of interest to EMSC grantees, partners, and stakeholders. All webinars are archived for viewing at a later date. MOST RECENT WEBINAR: Keeping Our Children Safe in A Changing World, held from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Eastern) on Wednesday, February 3, 2016.
The EMSC NRC works with the federal EMSC Program to conduct Town Hall Conference Calls for each EMSC grant type. All grantees are encouraged to participate in their grant's Town Hall Calls to stay informed about Program updates.
The EMSC NRC and the Health Resources and Services Administration host quarterly FAN Learning Sessions designed specifically for state EMSC family representatives. The goals of the sessions are to educate family representatives about the EMSC Program and its latest activities and to help representatives work with their state managers to improve pediatric emergency are within their state.
The focus of these Community of Practice webinars is on pediatric disaster planning and preparedness. The webinars are scheduled to occur from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm on the fourth Tuesday of each month. All are welcome to join.
The EMSC Program hosts a three- or four-day Program Meeting in late spring or early summer, bringing together EMSC grantees from each state and U.S. territory. The purpose of the meetings is to provide opportunities for networking and collaboration, to highlight Program accomplishments, and to draw attention to current and future EMSC endeavors.
Each year, the Pediatric Emergency Care Applied Research Network (PECARN) holds four Steering Committee Meetings. These meetings are by invitation only.
